“The doctor is going to say, “Sorry, I transgendered you.”
Merry Christmas!
I’m sitting here in my classroom at work, waiting for the two students who are supposed to show up today. Personally, I’m not too angry that I have to work Christmas. I’m just annoyed that I have to work on the weekend in general, but I guess that’s life at a Korean academy (at least some of them). Anyway, I hope you are all enjoying your holidays!
Busy as fuck.
I have been swamped with Korean academy and have been in the midst of resigning for another year, so posting on my blog has taken a back seat. Luckily, the last day of Korean class is Friday. However, winter camps are starting soon and I am taking the TOPIK in January. I am also picking up two new hobbies, woodworking and leathercraft. I am signing up for woodworking classes with a friend and I ordered leathercrafting tools last week. So, it looks like blogging is still in the backseat, but I will try to post enough so everyone knows I am still alive.

I think that it’s a pretty fair list, although I think that bibimbab and galbi are too low on it. I am definitely not going to argue with first though. I fucking love haejangguk.
I am on my way to Korean class.
I have been busy for the past few weeks. The term at my academy was ending, there was a speech contest I had to prep some of my students for (they took first place), and some good friends were leaving Korea so there were all the good-bye parties to go along with it. However, I am back on the ball now and I have decided to try being a little more productive. The big thing is, that I am going to take the TOPIK in January and I am going to a Korean language hagwon to study. I am actually on the bus right now and its the first day of class. The academy is pretty far, but I still think its worth it. I will be attending the academy four days a week from 10AM-1PM until December 23rd. I am not entirely sure what to expect yet, but I am sure it will be a funny story to tell later.
